I am new to blogging - at least on paper. I guess I have been blogging all my life (or) I guess you could call it exploring multiple topics with friends, family, etc. My favorite show when I was 12 was the Tonight show with Johnny Carson. As the years went on I always imagined myself as a successful host of a talk show. I have been a loyal fan of Phil Donahue, Oprah, Larry King, Dave Letterman, Jay Leno and Chelsea Lately.

In my circle of friends when we want to bring immediate attention to an event, situation, news, issue we preface the conversation with 'I know that's a lie'. Or, when we have witnessed something we silently agree is crazy we say 'I know that's a lie'. When something leaves us speechless - you guessed it! 'I know that's a lie'. We have even shortened it to an acronym. If IKTAL is used in a text, on Facebook, Twitter or even voiced we know it's about to get wild.
